Yes. Where a cash alternative is offered on any competition, this will be clearly stated on the competition page and the cash alternative will always be the exact same value as the advertised original Prize (never lower). Once your win has been confirmed and any required age, identity, and Great Britain residency verification checks are completed, we will contact you to arrange your payout promptly. Every competition runs in accordance with its advertised Closing Date and time and Draw Date and time. We will never delay, extend, or cancel a draw simply because fewer tickets have been sold than anticipated. There is a guaranteed winner for every draw. Where the original winning Entry becomes void (for example, if an entrant cannot be verified or is found to be under 18 or resident outside Great Britain), we will re-draw the Winner from the correct entries that were received before the Closing Date and time using the same method as the original draw, in accordance with Clause 25.3 of our Terms and Conditions.
